Proof And Yield Basis

MatWeb entries are material datasheets and do not provide universal bolt proof-load tables. For stainless, A286, and titanium entries, the calculator uses fastener-spec proof/yield data when available and material yield data only where a general fastener proof-load table was not found. Material presets are starting points only. Verify the actual fastener certification, lubrication, nut/tapped-hole proof strength, and application requirements before use.
