This machine was developed to enable high-throughput chip-based oligo synthesis. The automation focused on high-speed chip handling, custom high-speed thermocycling and reagent dispense. Concept to integrated system was a quick 3-month turnaround. That includes:

- 2D detailed drawings
- detailed cable management
- assembly and integration of system
- GUI application to control and automate the oligo synthesis process
